Who We Are

Can-Ruck SJ is an outdoor fitness club based in Saint John, NB, dedicated to promoting the benefits of rucking — walking with weight. Founded by David Rolfe and Oleksandr Troian, we’re a growing community focused on building strength, resilience, and connection through rucking events and real-world training.
